🟨 Law News — SEC charges Binance and CEO CZ for numerous securities breaches.
The SEC has sued Binance, Binance.US, and CEO Changpeng Zhao for alleged securities law violations. These include the offer of unregistered BNB tokens and BUSD stablecoins, the illegal operation of staking services, and failure to register as a broker, a clearing agency, or an exchange. The SEC also alleges CZ of secretly controlling Binance.US, inflating trading volume through an entity he owns, and the commingling of funds.
According to 21Shares' Dune Analytics data, Binance faced $503 million in net outflows this Monday, with traders withdrawing over $1 billion in digital assets, versus $546 million in deposits. This is set to be the highest daily net outflow since mid-March.

NEAR Protocal signed a strategic partnership with MARBLEX to accelerate market share in Korean Web3 Gaming Industry. It’s becoming the first ever to integrate with Netmarble's subsidiary MARBLEX 'WARP Bridge.'
Germany’s Deutsche Telekom plugs in as Polygon validator. As a validator, Deutsche Telekom MMS will perform various tasks, including running a full node, generating blocks, validating transactions, and contributing checkpoints to the Ethereum mainnet.
Saudi Arabia and South Korea Join Hands to Establish More Blockchain Gaming. Saudi Arabia is determined to maintain its global hub status by seizing business opportunities internationally. Wemade is set to contribute its valuable expertise. Notably, their partnership with Savvy Games' Nine66 focuses on empowering blockchain gamers through educational resources and bolstering regional events with adequate sponsorship and funding.

Binance Labs Co-Leads $6.6M Seed Round for Fusionist. Singapore-based Web3 gaming DApp has raised $6.6m.
CEO Profile: Ike T
Azteco has raised $6m in seed rounding. A Santa Monica company that provides vouchers for small amounts of BTC, has raised $6m in seed funding. Funding was led by Jack Dorsey with participation from Lightning Ventures, Hivemind Ventures, Ride Wave Ventures, Aleka Capital, Visary Capital, Gaingels, David Van Der Weele, and Sunil Rajaraman.
